Using this website
TechyNerves provides information about its technology, AI, marketing, learning, commerce and hiring services. Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to access private systems, submit harmful content or interfere with the service.
Enquiries and quotations
Sending an enquiry starts a discussion. It does not place an order, reserve capacity or create a commitment to deliver work. Scope, deliverables, fees, applicable taxes, milestones and responsibilities are agreed in a written quotation or service agreement before work begins.
Service agreements
Any signed or accepted project-specific agreement governs that engagement. Delivery dates, third-party costs, intellectual property, confidentiality, support and cancellation arrangements should be recorded there. Changes in scope require agreement on any effect on fees or timing.
Payments
This website does not collect card details or take payments through its enquiry forms. Payment instructions, if applicable, are provided with an agreed quotation or invoice. Only use payment details you have verified with us.

Website content belongs to TechyNerves or its respective owners. Do not reproduce it commercially without permission. External services and links have their own terms. Descriptions of AI and other services are not guarantees of business results.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but information may change and access may be interrupted. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any project-specific allocation of liability must be agreed in the service agreement.
