This policy covers the public TechyNerves website and enquiries submitted through it. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@techynerves.com.
Information we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, work email address, optional organisation, area of interest, message and the website page you submitted it from. We also record the submission time and a receipt reference. Please share only information needed to discuss your request; do not submit passwords, payment credentials, identity documents or sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your requirements, prepare proposals and manage follow-up. We may keep internal notes and a lead stage to track that conversation. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage, providers and access
Enquiries are sent over HTTPS to our private Threadside Business Soul workspace, hosted using Bunny.net infrastructure, and stored encrypted at rest. Authorised workspace access is required to review them. Hosting and infrastructure providers process data to operate these services; their systems may process data outside your country. We do not sell enquiry information.
Technical information and abuse prevention
Infrastructure providers may process connection information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs to deliver and secure the website. The enquiry service uses a secret-derived identifier from your connection address to limit abuse; its rate-limit records expire after a short period. These controls are separate from your enquiry record.
Cookies and external resources
The current website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies in its own code. The website loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives connection information when your browser requests them. Provider security features may use their own technical mechanisms. You can manage cookies and external requests through your browser settings.
Retention and your choices
We retain enquiries while needed to handle your request, follow-up, and legitimate record-keeping or legal requirements. Contact support@techynerves.com to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of permission for further enquiry follow-up. Include enough context to identify your request; we may ask for proportionate verification. We will explain any records we need to retain and respond in line with applicable law. You may also use complaint routes available under applicable data-protection law.
Children and changes
This website is intended for business enquiries, not for children to submit personal information. A parent or guardian can contact us about information submitted by a child. We may update this policy when our practices change; the last-updated date identifies the current version.
